Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Dee Helios Resort.
The guest must provide accurate and complete information while making a reservation.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment or advance amount has been received and confirmation has been issued by the resort.
The reservation holder must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and resort policy.
Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification document at check-in.
The name on the booking should correspond with the identification document presented at check-in.

Room rates displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable government taxes, fees, and other mandatory charges will be communicated during the booking process or reflected in the final booking amount.
Special offers, promotional rates, packages, and discounts may have additional terms and conditions.
Promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined with other discounts unless specifically stated.

The resort may require full or partial advance payment depending on the selected booking plan.
Payments must be made through the payment methods made available by Dee Helios Resort.
Any payment processing charges, where applicable, may be communicated separately.
A booking may be cancelled or released if the required payment is not received within the specified time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the room category, package, promotional offer, and booking plan selected.
Any cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking.
Where a booking is specifically marked as non-refundable, the advance or booking amount may not be refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will generally be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway or banking institution.
Failure to arrive at the resort without prior cancellation (No-Show) may result in forfeiture of the applicable advance or booking amount.
Any special cancellation conditions applicable to a particular booking will take precedence over the general cancellation terms stated on this page.
